Around two to three percent of the world's population suffer from the psychological disorder known as OCD, or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. However, there are many cases of people with OCD who are undiagnosed and don't receive proper treatment. While there are many web pages, blogs, and YouTube videos on the internet that talk about Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, there doesn't seem to be much information that can help someone who has undiagnosed OCD come to a full understanding of their problem, or guide that person to get help. This is what this blog turned web page aims to do.
This blog is not endorsed by any official authorities on psychology. It is created by someone who has had OCD in the past and who has come to an understanding of OCD through her experiences. I hope to help guide others with the same issue toward help.
